WARRANTY

All Security Seal Technology products are subject to a no quibble guarantee for 12 calendar months against fair wear and tear and will be replaced free of charge within two working days.

The faulty component should be returned to Security Seal Technology for inspection and if it is found the failure is as a result of unfair practice or accidental damage, Security Seal Technology Ltd. reserves the right to charge for the replacement part(s).

Full Security Seal Technology Ltd Warranty Terms and Conditions can be supplied on request.

REPAIRS

In the event a SAFTA unit is damaged and requires repair, Security Seal Technology will train airlines’ established service companies or, if required, establish and train an official service company to implement to provide a local service.

Security Seal Technology is currently appointing a network of support companies all over the world, but would be happy to work with and train specific preferred support companies.

TRAINING

Full operational training for the use of the SAFTA Sealing System is provided free of charge as part of the supply process.

The SAFTA Management Portal Software will be installed free of charge in conjunction with the customer’s IT department, with full training given at the time.

If customers require additional staff training in support of installation commissioning, Security Seal Technology will provide full onsite support and this additional service will be charged at the standard Security Seal Technology day rate included in the quotation.
